My Circle Journey

Hi, I’m Mitlé. With over three decades of experience in facilitation and wellbeing practices, I’m dedicated to helping others create spaces where real connection and meaningful change can happen.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen the transformative power of Circle practices in fostering collaboration, resilience, and healing—whether in community settings or professional environments.

As the founder of Circle School, I specialise in guiding professionals, practitioners, and organisations to develop inclusive, impactful circles that not only enhance personal wellbeing but also address broader social and organisational challenges.

My approach is practical, grounded, and designed to meet the complexities of today’s world, helping individuals and teams navigate uncertainty and foster a sense of belonging.

Professional Experience

I bring a unique blend of skills that sets my approach apart. As a practicing in-house solicitor and Director of Operations for a global charity focused on women’s health, I have a deep understanding of corporate dynamics, leadership, and organisational wellbeing. My legal background and wellbeing training allow me to navigate complex challenges with a pragmatic, grounded approach.

I am also a certified practitioner in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), mindfulness, and subconscious repatterning. This combination of professional and wellbeing expertise makes me well-placed to contribute to organisational wellbeing programs and support leaders in fostering healthy, inclusive work environments.

A Commitment to Inclusivity and Diversity

Creating diverse and inclusive spaces is at the heart of my work. I am committed to holding safer, accessible spaces for those marginalized by current systems. My approach is deeply informed by social justice, intersectional feminism, and equity, ensuring that the circles I guide foster true connection and transformation for everyone.

Intuition in Leadership and Space Holding

My work is also influenced by the science of intuition, drawing on my training as an Intuitive Intelligence trainer and mentor, together with the research of the HeartMath Institute. I believe that intuition plays a vital role in leadership and space holding, helping us navigate complexity with empathy and insight. Intuition allows leaders and facilitators to hold space for others in ways that foster genuine connection, growth, and healing.

Rooted in Tradition, Grounded in the Present

My work is inspired by the ancient wisdom traditions of my own cultural heritage, including Celtic mythology and sacred sites. Living on the edge of Dartmoor, I draw from these traditions to create powerful, relevant practices that weave together the teachings of the past with the needs of the present.

I am deeply committed to helping others reclaim their connection to ancestral wisdom while creating modern spaces for collective care and sacred activism.

Working Together

If you're a wellbeing practitioner, organisation, or leader looking to create inclusive, meaningful spaces for connection and growth, I invite you to join me on this journey. Together, we can craft circles that are grounded in practical tools, informed by deep wisdom, and designed to foster resilience and collective wellbeing in these transformative times.

What I Stand For

In a world so divided by conflict, violence, and the urgency of climate breakdown, I stand firmly for peace and justice. I’m a proud member of South Devon Parents for Peace and Parents for Future UK, where we advocate for a safer, more just world for the next generation. This year, I raised money for Refuge, and through Circle School, we regularly donate to Elect Her, Right to Equality, and The Good Law Project—organisations that work tirelessly for equality and legal justice.

I believe in the power of Circles to foster peace. The more we gather, the more we create spaces for empathy, connection, and understanding—steps that bring us closer to ending violence, especially against women and girls. I’m a strong advocate for women’s wellbeing—fighting for their health, financial security, safety, equality and the freedom to make empowered choices.

A Glimpse into My World

I live on the edge of Dartmoor, where the wild landscapes and quiet corners of nature offer a sense of grounding. One of my favorite walks is through the local cemetery, where I often visit an ancient yew tree—it’s a small ritual that brings me a deep sense of peace.

When I’m not out walking or managing work, I’m usually in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes or finding ways to make treats that nourish. This is where I often find a sense of creativity and calm.

Of course, life keeps me engaged in other ways too. Between River’s many activities and social events, I cherish our family time—whether we’re out exploring or just sharing a quiet afternoon at home with our ginger cat, Mars!
