The talk, which was delivered professionally with visual slides and easy to understand explanations, inspired participants to want to start a Circle, challenged them to think creatively about how Circles could work for them within their existing business, and empowered them to know how to start and what the next steps would be. “I have been holding Circles for 5 years and have taken part in Circle School 4 times. Each round I have gone deeper in my understanding and practise of holding Circles. In 2020 I was part of the Certification round.
